Things to consider;

Meth testing; often people will settle for an instant meth test if they think the chances of finding it are low and not worth the risk of paying for a lab. If you are concerned and think it is probable that meth has been done in a property, it is probably best to opt for the lab test to get an exact reading rather than paying for two to be done.
